About ChargeSurfing
ChargeSurfing is a charging platform for electric vehicles complementary to the public grid, but targeted at private spaces. The goal is to help our partners monetize their charging stations and provide a quality and affordable service for electric vehicle users.

How do I install the application on my mobile phone?
Have an Android mobile phone or Apple iOS system, just search for ChargeSurfing, in the respective "Apple" and "Android Playstore" stores and the application will appear, ready to install.

Do I need to sign a contract and wait for the documentation to be sent to me?
No, you can do everything on the ChargeSurfing App Just accept the terms and conditions that you will be asked when you log in to the App. The entire process, from installing the app, to start charging takes approximately 3 mt.

How can I request an invoice on my behalf or on behalf of my company?
Access “My Account” in the menu and you can enter the NIF and name that you want to appear on the invoice.

How do I know the amount I will pay to charge my vehicle?
Values are shown as euros/minute with VAT. The value you see in our App is all-inclusive, if it has a value of €0.02/minute, at the end of an hour you will pay €1.2 (this amount varies depending on the vehicle's actual charging power or the time of day, being fairer for all type of electric vehicle users)

How do I see the power that a charging station has?
Open the map and click on the point that represents the station on the map

How can I activate the charging station?
When you're viewing the map in the app, there's a button at the bottom that says SCAN QR CODE click and point your mobile phone camera at the QR code visible at the charging station or simply clicking on the point on the map Then click START CHARGING

What is the price simulator?
Electric vehicles charge at different powers and the value of energy varies according to hourly rates. To be more fair, the value of the service also varies, so the simulator brings greater transparency about the amount that will be charged. In fact, the amount that will be charged is the real value at which the vehicle is charged.

If you put 3 kW in the simulator, it means that the vehicle will only charge at 3 kW?
No. The simulator is for reference only. You will be charged a service that varies:
Depending on the actual power that the vehicle supports
Depending on the hourly rate.
